Unique Facts About Me
I have 25+ years working with people. What began as a journey of self-discovery and healing, led me as a therapist, advisor and supporter.
I began this journey as a therapist in both mind and body. In NYC, I was a cranial therapist worked in a physical rehabilitation clinic and specialised in trauma recovery. With countless sessions—I witnessed how subtle shifts in patients’ perception would set the stage for their healing journey.
I have a background in Cognitive Neuroscience and conducted EEG studies. I investigated the question, what are the effects of mindfulness and meditation? What I found—different meditation practices optimise different brain networks, for example Vedic Meditation using a mantra harmonise brainwaves to facilitate a healthy presence; And different types of mindfulness meditation enhance certain brainwaves to refine specific types of perception and behaviour, such as being calm, relaxed and alert.
For over a decade—I traveled the globe advising people remotely, living in places like Bali, Thailand, Italy, Portugal, Germany, UK and Mexico. I have advised founders across divers industries in HealthTech, EdTech, FinTech, NGO, Community Building and all stages of Startups from ideation to growth.
